What a bummer way to start the spring/summer. But a trip to Mexico sounds fun. Just don't drink the water or eat any sushi there, unless its at a very nice place (like a resort or hotel). Beer is generally cheaper than water in Mexico... but I had an uncle who got arrested and thrown in Mexican jail for having an open container on the beach... apparenty the restaurant's deck counted as "the beach." Like really, my mom called me only a few days after I got here when I was terribly homesick and told me she had died in her sleep. It was awful.
